RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Availia Wellness, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality beauty, skincare, wellness, and personal care products. Due to hygiene, product integrity, and safety considerations, all purchases are subject to the following policy.
All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
This policy applies to all products sold by Availia Wellness, including products that are:
- Opened or unopened
- Used or unused
- Purchased in error
- No longer wanted
- Unsatisfactory due to personal preference
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items
All sale, clearance, imperfect, promotional, discounted, bundle, and special-offer items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, replacement, or store credit unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Claims must be submitted to:

- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Batch or lot number, if available
Claims submitted after five (5) days or without sufficient supporting documentation may not be eligible for review.
If a claim is approved, Availia Wellness may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the affected item; or
- Issue store credit for the value of the affected item.
Refunds are generally not provided for damaged or defective product claims.
Product Packaging and Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may periodically update product packaging, labels, ingredients, product names, sizes, or designs without notice.
Differences in packaging, labeling, artwork, or product appearance compared to website images or previous purchases do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.
Allergies and Product Reactions
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and product information before purchasing and using any product.
Individual skin types, sensitivities, allergies, and medical conditions vary. Availia Wellness cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual.
If irritation, sensitivity, or an allergic reaction occurs:
- Discontinue use immediately
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional if necessary
- Contact us with the product details and batch information
Refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, and store credits are not provided for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal intolerance to ingredients.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
If a shipment appears lost in transit, a carrier investigation may be initiated. Any replacement shipment or store credit will only be considered after the carrier confirms that the package has been officially classified as lost.
Delivered Orders
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
Availia Wellness is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery
- Deliveries made to mailrooms, reception desks, apartment lobbies, parcel lockers, or shared delivery areas
- Claims where tracking confirms successful delivery
Carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation scans, GPS verification, and signature records may be used as proof of delivery.
Incorrect Addresses and Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be provided for orders that are:
- Refused by the recipient
- Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
- Unclaimed by the recipient
- Rejected because customs duties, taxes, or import fees were not paid
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Availia Wellness reserves the right to investigate all claims relating to missing items, damaged products, lost shipments, delivery disputes, and refund requests.
Claims determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with available order, shipping, or carrier records may be denied.
Availia Wellness reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict future purchases, or take other appropriate action where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Changes to This Policy
Availia Wellness reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The policy in effect at the time an order is placed shall govern that purchase.
